Our Application department works in close collaboration with our customers to deliver turnkey solutions that perfectly meet the requirements.
Our showroom is organised so that almost all the machines in our RECO, BULA et SWIS ranges are available for training or feasibility under the strictest confidentiality.
Tests and feasibility studies
Each new project begins with an analysis phase.
Our technical team review the request by studying the technical file supplied by the customer: 3D file, finishing plans, quantities of parts to be produced, material to be machined, automation requirements.

After this, we offer an operative range and feasibility costing.
Once you have accepted the quotation, we schedule the test and start constructing the tools. Consumables (grinding wheels, abrasive belts, polishing disks, polishing compound, etc.) are also selected and can be supplied if necessary.
The actual feasibility phase then begins in our showroom on our range of RECO, BULA et SWIS machines.
The tests end with a machine demonstration in the presence of our customer who can validate the quality of the parts produced and verify that the cycle time is as required. Complete costing of the turnkey machine solution with our without automation is provided after the feasibility test.
Development of new products
We help our customers in the complete development of new references on existing RECO, BULA et SWIS machines.
